GDS SERVICE CAN BE TAKEN FOR SHORTFALL OF PENSIONARY SERVICE
shortfall in Qualifying service for grant of minimum pension shall be taken from GDS period of empolyment. An historical decision by CAT Madras Bench upheld by Honourable Chennai High Court and the Supreme Court followed by an Order by the Department of Post.
