This is regarding filling up of unfilled LGO vacancies (50% Quota). As per the Instructions contained in Para (6) of instructions for allotment and appointment of candidates selected in the merit list for Recruitment of PAs/SAs which was communicated to all the units vide DO Lr.No.RE/2-2/PA/SA/DR-2011 and 2012 dated 18-10-2013. The unfilled LGO Vacancies of PA/SA of 2010 which were offered to GDS and could not be filled due to non qualifying of GDS candidates shall be filled by DR Quota. In this connection the vacancy position of such vacancies furnished by your office is as follows.

As per the Results communicated by Directorate only 2 GDS candidates have come out successful, one each from Vijayawada & Prakasam Division belonging to OBC category. Thus all the Unfilled LGO vacancies of 2010 are to be added to the DR vacancies and Revised Communal Break up has to be worked out by each division so that candidates from the waiting list can be allotted to the concerned divisions. It is therefore requested to work out the Communal Break up for the unfilled LGOs vacancies of 2010 by adding them to DR quota and furnish the vacancy position with communal break up under DR division wise for taking further action at this end. The ROs / City Units will please ensure that the vacancies identified for abolition under 2/3rd DR vacancies of 2006 to 2009 are not included in this. This item of work may be given top priority and information furnished to this office by 31.10.2013.
